About Holly

Living Moodfully is more than a blog—it’s how I live now.

Hey there—I’m Holly.

I’m a writer, marketer, wellness strategist, and bold believer learning to live with fewer masks and more meaning. After spending years compartmentalizing everything—my moods, my faith, my healing—I got sick. Literally. And in that stillness, God met me. He began rebuilding me from the inside out—body, mind, and spirit. That journey led me to a more honest kind of wellness. One where plant medicine and Scripture aren’t at odds. Where menopause isn’t something to “tough out” in silence. And where emotional healing is holy work. This blog is my place to share all of it.
